Mr. Arneson has over 30 years of experience in the field of electronic design. He was in the United States Air Force in the Electronic Security Command from 1974 -1979 where he had worked in the Intelligence field for six years. Mr. Arneson then worked at the National Security Agency (NSA) for twenty years from 1979 through 1999, where he concentrated primarily on research and development as well as business development. His work was in the development, and integration of advanced electronic security technologies.

He has specialized in the re-engineering applications of smart materials, sensors, software, and hybrid integrated circuitry and has managed multi-million dollar programs from research and development to the implementation of advanced technology into real-world applications. Mr. Arneson holds over fifty patents in both the commercial and classified areas. Upon leaving NSA, he then co-founded Matrics Technology Systems, Inc. for the development and production of low-cost, high-performance Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag technology and product. Matrics was then bought by Symbol Technologies, Inc. in 2004 for $230M. He then left Symbol in March 2006 to co-found Innurvation.
