Mike Sloan

Vice President of Product Development

Mr. Sloan joined Innurvation during March of 2007 as the Senior Director of Product Design. His responsibilities include integrating Innurvation's core technologies into producible products and managing the lifecycle of all new products developed. Product lifecycle management of Innurvation's products is his core responsibility. Some of his training includes FDA 21 CFR 820 compliance, risk management with respect to medical devices and program management of medical devices. Mr. Sloan has more than 15 years of experience in developing ASIC devices, managing the design of consumer products, and fielding world class manufactured products.

Prior to his medical device efforts, Mr. Sloan worked in telecommunications (Corvis), semiconductor equipment (Axcelis), and DoD related fields. He has served as a technical consultant to dozens of Fortune 100 companies specializing in product design and deployment. He is an internationally certified ISO-9000 auditor and is Six Sigma certified. Mr. Sloan is holder of 2 patents issued by the U.S. Patents and Trademarks Office and has 20+ applications in process. Mr. Sloan graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
