Mr. Stone has 12 years experience acting within various capacities in the financial sector, ranging from hedge fund portfolio management, personal and business financial planning, corporate finance and small business/close corporation management consulting. He has worked at financial institutions including T. Rowe Price Associates, Wheat First Securities and Wachovia Bank, holding various officer positions. Mr. Stone has spent over four years as an attorney in private practice with a mid-sized, business-oriented law firm. His practice concentrated in tax, corporate, estate and trust law, working closely with small business owners and advising on various business matters. Mr. Stone will be acting as chief legal counsel to the company and its officers. He will also act as human resource director, and will assist in general business oversight for optimal and maximum efficient corporate operation.
